“You open windows of thought and feelings that help us get through our worst days, so that we can begin again”

Psychology Bureau is a private psychology practice specializing in working with young adults living abroad. Some of the most common topics we work on are people experiencing stress, self-esteem insecurities, relationship difficulties, and career development challenges.

We also have experience in perinatal psychology, which covers any difficulty a person may face from the moment they want to become a parent until their children are approximately 2 years old. Some of the most frequently discussed topics include infertility, fears during pregnancy, feelings of loneliness, feeling overwhelmed by a new lifestyle, and more.

The third major group of cases we work on involves people who are directly affected by oncology (whether they are patients themselves, family members, or close friends). In these consultations, we usually make space for fears and work on ways to express them so we can move forward without them overwhelming or invading us.

The methodology we use includes values from brief problem-solving therapy (BPRT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
